Founder-Side Partner
Your work is the reason the business exists.
I've led my entire professional life. For more than a decade, I've worked directly beside founders, close enough to understand the business from the inside and see what isn't always visible from where they're sitting.
Business. Systems. People.
After decades of studying human behavior, healing and the patterns we build our lives around, I sit beside the founder with all of it.
As a founder, you are not separate from your business. Leadership looks different when you have room to lead.
My role is creating space for that.
I look at the whole thing.
The founder. The vision. The people. The business. The systems. The technology. The customer experience.
I translate between vision and execution.
Between the founder and the team.
Between what you want to create and what the business needs to make it possible.
Across the business
My work moves across the business rather than sitting inside one department.
Systems, workflows, priorities, accountability and the connective tissue that keeps the business moving.
Business Infrastructure
Roles, responsibilities, communication, delegation and getting the right work into the right hands.
People + Teams
Courses, memberships, certifications, events, launches and the systems that support them.
Programs + Offers
Platforms, integrations, automation and AI, including translating what the business needs into what technology can carry.
Technology + AI
Founder Operations
The path from discovering your work to buying it, receiving it and wanting to stay.
Customer Experience
Reducing the decisions, questions and operational noise that keep finding their way back to you.
I've done the everything role.
I don't think it's the smartest way to build a business.
For nearly five years, I worked beside the founder of a global education and transformational business.
Books and translators. International workshops and host teams. Courses and online programs. Multiple professional certification pathways. Customers around the world.
Her role was to teach, facilitate and hold the people in front of her.
I worked across much of what existed around that.
It taught me how much I can hold.
It also taught me why one person shouldn't have to hold it all.
Today, I am much more interested in building capacity around a founder than becoming the capacity around a founder.
Wondering how I got here?
